TL;DR
Network Infrastructure Analyst (Voice & IP): Supporting and enhancing enterprise voice and collaboration infrastructure with an accent on Microsoft Teams Calling, voice routing, and E911 compliance. Focus on infrastructure modernization, developing automation workflows, and leveraging AI-assisted tools for operational improvement.
Location: Onsite in Piracicaba, São Paulo, Brazil (5 days a week)

What you will do
- Maintain and support enterprise voice and collaboration services, including Microsoft Teams calling.
- Manage DID provisioning, voice routing, and Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
- Ensure E911 configuration, validation, and regulatory compliance.
- Support the deployment and modernization of analog gateways and overall infrastructure upgrades.
- Troubleshoot complex network and routing issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Contribute to automation initiatives using scripts and AI-assisted tools to optimize operational insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- English: Pre-advanced (B2) proficiency required.
- Foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, DNS, SIP, and telephony.
- Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Cisco.
- Work format: Must be based in Brazil and able to work onsite 5 days a week.
Nice to have
- Experience with VoIP, SIP, and SBC systems.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Familiarity with AI tools for IT operations.
- Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructure modernization.
- Relevant technical certifications (Microsoft, Networking, Cloud).
