What you will do

  • Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, facilitating their career growth and technical success.
  • Contribute to system architecture and design reviews for new features.

  • Oversee resource allocation, hiring plans, and project delivery timelines.
  • Set team culture and provide hands-on coding contributions as needed.
  • Communicate project execution status and roadmap alignment to upper management.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • Experience managing small engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in C++ or a similar programming language.
  • Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
  • Experience building production-level code with a large user base.
  • Passion for team leadership, mentorship, and coaching.
