What you will do

• Conduct high-level technical training sessions (ILT, VILT) for customers, partners, and internal employees.
• Design, develop, and update comprehensive training materials, lab exercises, and certification exams.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to mentor junior trainers and evaluate peer performance.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Support to translate technical specifications into digestible learning content.
• Analyze training effectiveness through student feedback and performance metrics to improve curriculum.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical training, enablement, or sales engineering within SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of independently delivering highly technical ILT and VILT sessions.
• Experience building technical courseware and interactive, hands-on lab environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, cloud architectures, or security frameworks.
• Must be based in San Jose, CA for hybrid work.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to translate dense engineering concepts.

Nice to have

• Deep domain expertise in Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, or Networking.
• Technical proficiency in scripting for automating virtual student lab environments.
• Experience building asynchronous learning content, including video production and gamification.
