What you will do

• Design and maintain data infrastructure for biorepository collection, storage, and reporting.
• Develop scalable, automated ETL pipelines to streamline data extraction and transformation.
• Integrate clinical demographics and sample processing data across multiple sources on a unified platform.
• Develop KPIs and automated reporting tools using Tableau and Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Clinical Affairs, IT) to align data strategies.
• Ensure system compliance with regulatory standards and maintain technical documentation (SOPs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or Biological Science.
• 5+ years of experience in informatics, database architecture, or LIMS administration.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, SAS, or Java.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (Databricks) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel locally and up to 10% away from the work location.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of industry experience.
• Experience leading direct or indirect teams.
• Experience with 21 CFR Part 11 compliant software and HIPAA/FDA guidelines.
• Background in a Biorepository or clinical research environment.
