What you will do

• Manage vendor relationships with major traditional finance exchanges and market data providers including licensing, contracts, and renewals
• Analyze strategic questions and provide data-driven recommendations to founders
• Lead quarterly planning by setting and tracking targets with leadership
• Oversee financial operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions
• Manage fundraising operations including data rooms, diligence, investor updates, and legal documentation
• Coordinate legal, entity administration, and institutional partner onboarding with outside counsel

Requirements

• Location: Must be based onsite in New York, USA
• 3+ years experience in investment banking, consulting, or high-growth startups
• Strong financial modeling and spreadsheet skills
• Excellent communication skills with legal, banking, and institutional partners
• Ability to independently own complex operational problems
• Experience using AI tools in daily work
