Location: Hybrid in Sevenoaks, UK. Must have right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 plus 10% discretionary annual bonus

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of household claims, including complex and high-value cases, from first notification to settlement.
- Interpret policy wordings, exclusions, and endorsements to determine coverage and liability.
- Produce accurate and cost-effective Schedules of Works for repair scopes.
- Assess cause of damage and quantum reports provided by third-party surveyors and engineers.
- Draft detailed technical reports with settlement recommendations and escalate large losses when necessary.
- Identify and investigate potentially fraudulent claims while maintaining high customer service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Desktop Loss Adjusting experience.
- Proven experience in household claims handling (Buildings and Contents) across all perils.
- Experience managing contractor/building repair networks and loss adjusters.
- Proficiency in claims case management systems and technical report writing.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make evidence-based decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Visa Status: Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa; sponsorship is not available.

- Cert CII and/or BDMA accreditation (or currently working towards them).
