What you will do

• Handle the intake of cyber events and coordinate with breach counsel, forensic investigators, and other vendors.
• Evaluate claims, recommend accurate reserves, and maintain detailed file documentation.
• Analyze liability, damage data, and insurance coverage issues to draft coverage letters.
• Manage and track third-party vendor performance and spend.
• Collaborate with brokers, risk managers, and general counsels to resolve claims.
• Provide data-driven insights to support underwriting and business development efforts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience adjusting cyber claims.
• Must be a licensed claims adjuster in your state of residence.
• Ability to obtain licensing for California and New York.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
