What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initial planning through final delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics with key stakeholders.
• Track departmental OKRs to ensure alignment with strategic company priorities.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, including sprint management and tracking.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment across engineering, product, and business units.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing technical projects in a SaaS, cybersecurity, or tech environment.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira or Monday.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical proficiency to engage with vendors and coordinate technical environment setups.
