Senior Executive Assistant & Engagement Coordinator (Fintech): Providing comprehensive executive support to the CMO and managing high-level stakeholder engagements at the Atlanta headquarters with an accent on calendar optimization and client experience. Focus on coordinating executive briefings, managing the Client Experience Center (CEC), and ensuring seamless hospitality for visiting partners and clients.

Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia (Regular in-office presence required, 4-5 days per week)

What you will do

  • Provide proactive executive support to the CMO, including complex calendar management, meeting prioritization, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CMO and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the end-to-end coordination of executive briefings, client visits, and strategic engagements at the Atlanta Client Experience Center.
  • Develop and maintain visit playbooks, run-of-show documents, and executive preparation materials.
  • Manage vendor relationships and operational support for executive dinners, advisory meetings, and customer events.
  • Prepare briefing materials and coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, town halls, and board-related activities.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in executive support, event management, hospitality, or client experience.
  • Prior experience supporting C-level leaders strongly preferred.
  • Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia for regular in-office presence (4-5 days per week).
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with exceptional discretion.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
