What you will do

• Review and assess client data and recommendations through a web portal
• Efficiently review and modify custom sleep plans
• Write professional recommendations for parents
• Provide in-app support to clients
• Troubleshoot complex sleep issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• At least 1 year of experience as a sleep consultant (newborn to 5 years old)
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Ability to effectively interpret data and charts
• Acceptance of various parenting styles and goals
• Reliable high-speed internet and computer
