What you will do

• Deliver individualized virtual speech therapy tailored to specific communication goals and learning profiles.
• Create structured intervention plans aligned with student IEP goals, including articulation, fluency, and AAC needs.
• Adapt therapeutic exercises in real-time using interactive digital tools to maintain student engagement.
• Track student data and maintain transparent progress reporting for families and school district partners.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through effective communication with IEP teams.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active state licensure/certification as an SLP in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong virtual instruction skills, including comfort with video conferencing and digital whiteboards.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
• Experience with teletherapy or school district settings is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
