What you will do

• Lead high-priority projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with creative, production, communications, and operations teams to implement strategic initiatives.
• Manage a diverse portfolio including live events, executive presentations, and custom video content.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies.
• Align stakeholders and navigate competing priorities to identify risks and solutions.
• Optimize workflows and operational efficiency to maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Production, Media, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Proven track record in media, entertainment, advertising, or creative organizations.
• Experience managing high-visibility initiatives such as live events or video post-production.
• Must be based in New York and able to work from the office at least 4 days per week.
