What you will do

• Proactively manage creative projects through the design process, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
• Partner with Creative teams to develop strategy and effectively present design projects to clients.
• Collaborate with internal Production and Finance partners to manage expectations and ensure cohesive team engagement.
• Mentor Account Coordinators to help them understand processes and contribute to projects.
• Manage the photography process, clarifying details to align with client and design visions.
• Identify organic growth opportunities through exceptional delivery and client service.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, IL for hybrid work
• Proficiency in O2, EQ Live, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong ability to communicate ideas and present across various teams and clients.
• Excellent time management and planning skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to create strategic creative briefs that inspire effective design solutions.
