Salary: $29 - $38 per hour

What you will do

• Identify and recruit relevant affiliate creators using AI-powered discovery and ecommerce selection platforms.
• Review creator content and manage evidence-based selection decisions within the CRM.
• Execute a structured selection process, extending targeted invitations and differentiated commission structures.
• Coordinate product seeding, manage follow-up cadences, and educate creators on the program.
• Drive post engagement and trigger performance-based paid amplification for high-performing content.
• Manage the end-to-end CRM pipeline (outreach, SLAs, go-lives) and report market insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, or have graduated within the past year.
• Must be able to work onsite in New York City at least 3 days per week.
• Native fluency in TikTok trends, the creator ecosystem, and conversion drivers.
• Experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, including briefing and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to scale outreach or data analysis.
• Strong analytical instincts for social listening, sentiment analysis, and KPI reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with ecommerce seller or affiliate platforms.
• Previous experience at a social platform, prestige beauty brand, or high-velocity social commerce team.
