What you will do

• Manage multiple parallel projects within the Supply Chain and Customer Experience domains to ensure timely delivery.
• Track project progress, identify risks early, and maintain proactive communication with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Standardize organizational processes by documenting workflows and operational manuals.
• Coach and mentor team members on project management best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Fluent English communication skills for engaging with global teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in IT project management.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, specifically Agile practices.
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities and influence decision-making.
• Experience with project management productivity and collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• Previous experience managing IT projects specifically within Supply Chain and Customer Experience sectors.
