What you will do
- Manage end-to-end advertising campaigns from initial planning and execution through to reporting and optimization.
- Act as the primary liaison between advertisers and internal teams, coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Production.
- Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, and pacing across podcast and digital advertising platforms.
- Develop and deliver detailed client-facing performance reports and insights presentations.
- Monitor campaign results to identify optimization opportunities and maximize client satisfaction.
- Maintain precise campaign documentation using CRM, order management, and ad serving platforms.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital media, podcast advertising, account management, or client success.
- Proven experience managing integrated advertising campaigns from planning through reporting.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and podcast monetization.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Order Management Systems (OMS), and ad servers.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analytical reporting.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Nashville, TN.
Nice to have
- Experience with Megaphone, Google Ad Manager, YouTube, Podscribe, Veritone, or Boostr.
- Knowledge of dynamic ad insertion (DAI) and programmatic audio.
- Experience creating executive-level performance presentations.
- Familiarity with conservative media and the podcast advertising landscape.
