Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec). Remote capacity, with a hybrid requirement (min. 2 days/week) for those local to hubs in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto.

Salary: $126,200 – $170,800 CAD

What you will do

• Build and maintain clear sources of truth for portfolio priorities, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Strengthen operating rhythms including planning cadences, leadership syncs, QBRs, and all-hands forums.
• Create and manage workback plans for complex product initiatives to clarify decision points and success measures.
• Coordinate horizontally across Product, Design, Engineering, Research, GTM, and Data teams.
• Support the development, communication, and tracking of quarterly and annual OKRs.
• Develop lightweight templates, dashboards, and playbooks to reduce duplication and improve team effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, R&D operations, program management, or business operations in a tech environment.
• Strong program management skills with experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to create structure from ambiguity and maintain meticulous organizational follow-through.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leaders.
• Analytical skills to synthesize product and business data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Must be based in the US or Canada (excluding Quebec).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting multi-product SaaS, enterprise software, or platform teams.
• Experience with annual/quarterly planning, QBRs, and roadmap reviews.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards, scorecards, or reporting mechanisms for leadership decisions.
• Experience with product analytics, customer feedback systems (NPS, UMUX), or revenue data.
