Salary: $71,000 – $121,000

What you will do

• Develop and pitch marketing presentations and collateral.
• Manage and amplify digital presence and social media campaigns.
• Partner with clients to design and execute co-marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders for program execution.
• Monitor campaign metrics and provide recommendations for future performance improvements.
• Support client events and manage third-party sponsorships.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field.
• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably within financial services.
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as Marketo, Knak, Monday.com, Power BI, or Drupal.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a matrixed environment.
• Must be able to work in-office in NYC at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
