What you will do

• Review, analyze, and underwrite new and renewal property risks to ensure profitability.
• Manage an existing renewal book and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Build and maintain quality relationships with key producers while monitoring profitability.
• Communicate with regional managers and product line leaders regarding account recommendations.
• Participate in audits and underwriting meetings.
• Review competitor forms and pricing to effectively market products.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of current property underwriting expertise.
• Must possess US Work Authorization; no sponsorship available.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge and progression in underwriting roles.
• Strong marketing and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel 20% of the time within the Central Region of the US.
