Salary: $222,000–$300,500 base pay

What you will do
- Own pricing strategy and packaging architecture across the business platform, including tiering, price points, discount logic, and monetization guardrails.
- Design and test subscription, consumption-based, outcome-based, freemium, and product-led monetization models.
- Build analytical foundations using willingness-to-pay studies, price elasticity, conjoint analysis, A/B price testing, demand modeling, and P&L business cases.
- Develop scalable pricing principles and learning agendas across products, customer segments, and geographies.
- Partner with Product, Growth, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Data Science, and Market Research teams to influence senior and executive decisions.
- Monitor competitive dynamics and mentor pricing analysts and strategists as a player-coach.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in pricing, monetization, corporate or product strategy, or top-tier management consulting, focused on monetization and pricing.
- Track record of leading large-scale pricing and packaging programs with measurable revenue or profit impact.
- Deep expertise in value-based pricing, packaging design, subscription, consumption-based, outcome-based, freemium, and product-led monetization.
- Comfort working with LLMs, MCP, dashboards, and data analyses to answer pricing questions.
- Strong hypothesis-driven problem-solving, executive communication, and cross-functional influence skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or an advanced quantitative or economics degree preferred.

- Direct-to-consumer or self-serve/product-led growth monetization experience.
- SaaS or fintech experience.
