What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and Client Growth Partner (CGP) positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
• Screen candidates for sales acumen, leadership, and cultural fit.
• Lead compensation negotiations involving base salary, commissions, and incentive plans.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain accurate ATS documentation.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of recruiting experience, specifically focusing on Sales, Marketing, and Client Growth roles.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes independently.
• Strong understanding of sales compensation structures (commissions, variable pay).
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Atlanta, GA office 2–3 days per week.
