Salary: $97,530 - $146,290

What you will do

• Support the development, testing, and delivery of business intelligence solutions, tools, and services.
• Gather and document business requirements to create functional requirement documents and perform validation testing.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and data owner for key business processes, responding to internal and external stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex system and data issues to identify root causes and implement high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to lead or contribute to large-scale projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of business data analysis and technical writing/documentation.
• Ability to design and develop products or services from concept through to production.
• Must be based in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week in Morton, IL.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Python, and Snowflake.
• Experience in inventory management or a strong understanding of supply chain concepts.
• Proven experience designing and supporting Power BI dashboards.
