What you will do

• Analyze non-performing and re-performing loan bids, normalizing data and producing investment committee memos.
• Support deal securitizations by producing analytics and schedules for governing documents.
• Perform monthly marking of residential mortgage warehouse positions.
• Deliver quantitative analysis on portfolio performance drivers and recommend actionable strategies to asset managers.
• Generate detailed monthly reports on P&L, returns, and cash flows of the loan portfolio.
• Conduct periodic model back-testing and recommend adjustments to modeling assumptions.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a STEM field.
• Superior analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills for managing internal and external relationships.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (vlookup, ifs, sumproducts, index/match).
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with tight time constraints.

Nice to have

• Technical skills in CAS.
• Experience with Excel VBA and SQL programming.
• Proficiency in Tableau.
