Product Intelligence Engineer (AI): Building and maintaining the Product Operating System (PM-OS) using AI agents to automate planning, research, and analytics with an accent on agentic workflows and data integration. What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end AI agents, including personas, decision logic, orchestration, and context management.
• Translate ambiguous business questions from leadership into executable agent workflows and actionable insights.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems such as GitHub, Snowflake, Linear, Salesforce, Tableau, and MCP servers.
• Develop robust prompting strategies and multi-agent workflows to ensure reliable and repeatable outputs.
• Own the semantic layer by defining metric definitions and data-model documentation between Snowflake and the agent layer.
• Lead the migration from traditional BI dashboards (Tableau) to conversational agent-based equivalents.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building LLM-based agents using Anthropic API, RAG, vector stores, and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Proficiency in Python for building production-grade agentic workflows and system integrations.
• Solid experience with SQL and Data Warehousing, specifically navigating schemas and modeling data in Snowflake.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into technical data models and AI agent solutions.
• Business-level English communication skills for presenting findings to senior product and leadership stakeholders.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in software/data engineering, AI development, or a closely related role.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Linear, ERP systems, Salesforce, or Snowflake data structures.
• Experience in product or data analytics within a software environment.
• Experience working within remote or distributed teams.
