What you will do

• Own the Architecture Decision Records (ADR) for the AI track, including agent framework selection, orchestration topology, and model routing policies.
• Define the canonical agent blueprint and reference architecture for all production agents.
• Develop and govern the evaluation system, utilizing ground-truth corpora and LLM-as-judge calibration to gate milestone acceptance.
• Lead AI safety and security efforts, including defense against prompt injection and adversarial red-team exercises.
• Personally develop high-risk components such as the agent SDK core, evaluation harness, and prompt-injection defense layers.
• Lead and grow the AI engineering pod, managing technical performance and establishing an "Agent Factory" operating model.

Requirements

• 12+ years in software/AI engineering with 3+ years building production LLM-powered systems.
• Experience building agentic platforms or multi-agent systems carrying real business transactions.
• Expert-level Python and deep practical experience with production agent frameworks like LangGraph or Claude Agent SDK.
• Proven track record in evaluation engineering, designing golden datasets and hallucination measurement.
• Hands-on experience with AI security, including tool-call authorization and sandboxed execution.
• Experience leading engineering teams of 4+ and presenting technical strategies to CTOs and architecture boards.

Nice to have

• Domain expertise in Commercial Real Estate workflows or document-heavy regulated domains (legal, insurance, finance).
• Experience with compliance regimes such as SOC 2, GDPR, or FedRAMP.
• Experience building white-labeled AI platforms and designing SDKs for external developers.
• Active contributions to the agentic AI community through publications or open-source projects.
