Salary: $200,000–$230,000

What you will do

• Engineer high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested backend services.
• Partner with product, support, and leadership to define system evolution and business goals.
• Optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of existing backend services.
• Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Investigate, prototype, and propose ideas to improve user experience.
• Participate in on-call rotations to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and delivering SaaS products.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Golang.
• Experience with Kubernetes and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API integration.
• Strong communication skills with experience creating technical specifications.
• Ability to scope work and coordinate cross-functionally.
