What you will do

• Supervise daily accounting activities, including task allocation and deadline tracking.
• Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and support schedules prepared by the team.
• Coordinate and execute month-end close activities according to the established calendar.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation standards.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose process improvements to the Senior Accounting Manager.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational questions from AP, AR, and other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience with strong exposure to US GAAP.
• 1+ year of experience supervising or leading junior accounting staff.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong ability to identify issues and escalate accounting judgment matters appropriately.
• Must be based in Argentina.
