Senior Corporate Accountant

Location: Hybrid in Lehi, Utah, United States; onsite three days per week and remote two days per week.

What you will do

• Own accounting and reporting for prepaid expenses, goodwill, intangible assets, accruals, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including supporting schedules and audit responses.
• Analyze department expenses, trends, budgets versus actuals, and variances at subsidiary and consolidated levels.
• Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances across global entities and support consolidation.
• Maintain internal controls, accounting documentation, policies, and procedures while supporting auditors.
• Identify process improvements and automate reports, analyses, and accounting operations using emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a similar field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and process flows between subledgers and general ledgers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and integrity under pressure.
• Ability to work onsite in the Lehi, Utah office three days per week as part of the hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience in a multinational, multi-currency environment.
• CPA certification.
• 2+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience with NetSuite and AI efficiency tools.
