What you will do

• Partner with the ED Sub Team Lead to structure and maintain the operational roadmap aligned with asset strategy and ED priorities.
• Develop and continuously refine the integrated ED Sub Team plan as a living document, including critical path and decision-point planning.
• Translate ED activities into structured plans within OnePlan (PPM tool), ensuring consistency, visibility, and alignment across functions.
• Monitor execution against milestones and deliverables; identify risks/deviations and support resolution and escalation.
• Manage resource and workload visibility, support scenario planning, and contribute to contingency/corrective actions.
• Act as an interface between ED, Strategy & Operations, and Asset Operations; define and report performance metrics and status updates.

Requirements

• Location: Paris (FR) or London (UK).
• 1–3 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry with understanding of drug development, clinical development, and project management.
• Expertise in planning tools/methodologies and cross-functional planning coordination; ability to translate complex scientific activities into operational plans.
• Experience working with cross-functional R&D teams (clinical, preclinical, regulatory) and familiarity with integrated development plans and milestone-driven environments.
• Strong communication skills and experience facilitating project planning meetings and decision-making to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• English: required.

Nice to have

• Planning & scheduling methodologies; data structuring and quality control.
• Experience supporting tool implementation/digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools.
• Certification in Project Management, MBA and/or PhD.
• French.
