Senior Project Manager (Oncology)

Location: Remote, based in Warsaw, Madrid, or Reading

What you will do

• Lead global clinical project and programme management activities against tight timelines.
• Develop and execute project plans, define scope, and drive delivery of project objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across project activities.
• Oversee vendors and CROs, manage budgets, and prepare project documentation and reports.
• Make executive decisions with senior leadership and contribute to strategic planning.
• Mentor team members and support continuous improvement and best-practice adoption.

Requirements

• Extensive global project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Solid oncology project management experience and experience in a global Pharma or CRO setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, mentoring, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% as required.
