Deputy Director End-to-End Project Controller (Biopharma)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for large, complex, medium-sized, and critical investment project portfolios.
• Build and manage integrated project plans, critical paths, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Develop resource plans and coordinate budget, schedule, resource, and risk forecasts across cross-functional workstreams.
• Consolidate project financial and timeline information, define KPIs, report progress, and explain variances against targets.
• Support scope changes, business cases, governance decisions, and improvement initiatives while considering financial and regulatory impact.
• Organize steering committee meetings and lead project management practice initiatives, including SHINE administration and handbook training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or another field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar project controller or project management role.
• Experience with project schedules, resource estimation, and CAPEX/OPEX budget estimation.
• Ability to develop business cases, change orders, and consolidated workstream financial information.
• Expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience with Planisware (SHINE), SAP, or PMP certification is preferred.
