What you will do
- Support ad hoc, time-bound priority projects for the Global Rare Diseases Franchise.
- Coordinate town halls, employee engagement activities, and critical franchise operations meetings.
- Manage the franchise calendar, distribution lists, mailbox, SharePoint site, and Teams site.
- Support Product Review Board submissions and maintain communication channels with Corporate Communications and the Graphic Design hub.
- Coordinate franchise-wide data collection and sharing processes.
- Maintain onboarding resources, facilitate team development activities, and support internal communications and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative management.
- Strong organizational, time-management, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10%.
Nice to have
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Experience supporting senior leadership teams.
- Project management certification or equivalent experience.
