What you will do

  • Support ad hoc, time-bound priority projects for the Global Rare Diseases Franchise.
  • Coordinate town halls, employee engagement activities, and critical franchise operations meetings.
  • Manage the franchise calendar, distribution lists, mailbox, SharePoint site, and Teams site.
  • Support Product Review Board submissions and maintain communication channels with Corporate Communications and the Graphic Design hub.
  • Coordinate franchise-wide data collection and sharing processes.
  • Maintain onboarding resources, facilitate team development activities, and support internal communications and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative management.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership teams.
  • Project management certification or equivalent experience.
