Salary: $101,200 - $115,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain interactive reports, dashboards, and data models from multiple sources.
• Analyze historical data to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop deep understanding of business and data to empower effective decisions.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency in current processes.
• Support and execute the BI team’s mission and strategy.
• Act as liaison between business and Engineering to prioritize data capability improvements.

Requirements

• Work remotely as this is a remote-first company.
• 2-5 years experience in data analytics, preferably in high-growth startup environments.
• Fluent in SQL with intermediate querying skills; experience with dbt or data modeling preferred.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Lightdash.
• Curious self-starter with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
