What you will do

• Develop and execute global social marketing strategies and campaigns across the Gearbox portfolio.
• Analyze audience insights and growth performance metrics to optimize channel engagement and player sentiment.
• Steer creative ideation and content development for best-in-class social campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Brand Marketing, Community Management, and Product Management.
• Report social marketing results and strategic recommendations to key company leadership.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience as a Global Social Marketing leader in live service games.
• Expert knowledge of global gaming platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Discord, TikTok, Reddit, and Steam.
• Strong proficiency with social marketing and reporting tools.
• Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Novato, California on a hybrid basis.
