What you will do

  • Build and execute strategic success plans with clear business objectives and ROI metrics.
  • Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding through adoption, renewals, and expansion.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive continuous value delivery and influence the product roadmap.
  • Identify and develop new champions within top-tier accounts to expand platform influence.
  • Contribute to customer marketing efforts by delivering case studies and references.
  • Use data-driven insights to align solutions with complex business objectives.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting at a SaaS company or agency.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise customers with $5M+ ARR and multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations workflows.
  • Strong analytical storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into executive-level business insights.
  • Ability to travel 15% for customer meetings, EBRs, and success milestones.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex accounts and prioritize effectively.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and AI-driven sales tools.
  • Experience in data analytics.
