What you will do

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies.
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and future clients.
• Manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery.
• Collaborate with team members across various levels of experience.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA approved law school.
• Active bar license in the State of Florida.
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, specifically with litigation support and trial preparation.
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
