What you will do

• Assemble electronic or electro-mechanical sub-assemblies and products following established technical procedures.
• Perform wiring, soldering, component installation, and cable harnessing to meet specified tolerances.
• Disassemble units to diagnose and correct malfunctions as needed.
• Provide technical support and training to lower-level employees.
• Assist with the assembly of test kits and perform packing or labeling tasks.
• Work independently on moderately difficult assignments requiring judgment and analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in Plainfield, IN or surrounding area
• Two-year college degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of functional experience.
• Alternatively, High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years of functional experience, preferably at a senior level.
• Proficiency in soldering, wiring, and hardware assembly techniques.
• Ability to pass a drug test and pre-employment background check.
