What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair customer-returned equipment at modular and component levels.
• Perform maintenance services on electronic test and measurement instruments.
• Communicate repair trends and product failures to support quality and customer satisfaction.
• Interface directly with customers regarding repair and calibration support.
• Maintain accurate documentation for quality records and ISO compliance.
• Participate in daily scheduling and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person or prepared to secure U.S. government export authorizations (ITAR compliance).
• 2–4 years of relevant electronic repair or calibration experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Excel.
• Familiarity with calibration standards such as ANSI/NCSL Z540 or ISO/IEC 17025.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-energy environment.

Nice to have

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent technical training.
• Strong soldering and PCB rework skills.
• Hands-on experience with Tektronix and Keithley instrumentation.
• Military metrology/calibration training (PMEL or TMDE).
