Electronic Test Technician-Level 3 (Aerospace & Defense)

Location: Poway, California, United States; onsite role. Available shifts are 1st shift, 5:00 AM–2:30 PM, or 2nd shift, 3:00 PM–12:30 AM.

Salary: $56,200–$83,200 per year.

What you will do

• Test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic assemblies and printed wiring assemblies down to the component level.
• Operate digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators, function generators, and related test equipment.
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, block diagrams, technical manuals, and engineering documentation.
• Perform precision repairs on electrical, electronic, RF, and integrated-circuit systems.
• Document test results, troubleshooting steps, repairs, and findings according to established procedures.
• Follow safety protocols when working with high-voltage, high-energy, high-pressure, and hazardous systems.

Requirements

• Experienced electronic test technician with strong RF systems experience and solid electronics fundamentals.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair printed wiring assemblies and electronic assemblies to component level.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, technical manuals, and engineering documentation.
• Ability to work onsite in Poway, California.
