What you will do

• Lead UX/UI strategy across the full ecommerce funnel including cart, checkout, and subscription flows.
• Design premium digital experiences for new product launches that align with brand packaging quality.
• Develop and maintain a cross-brand design system using Figma tokens and components to ensure consistency.
• Partner with the CRO team to execute landing page tests and drive conversion improvements.
• Mentor a direct report and calibrate design quality across the internal team and agency partners.
• Translate brand identity into digital typography, motion, and information hierarchy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product, UX, or UI design.
• 3+ years of experience designing for premium DTC ecommerce on Shopify or Shopify Plus.
• Proven track record of building and governing a design system from the ground up.
• Deep understanding of DTC funnel mechanics including PDP, cart, and upsell strategies.
• Expertise in Figma and a demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into the design process.
• Strong portfolio showcasing premium, non-templated digital work.
