What you will do

• Design intuitive end-to-end user flows for complex multi-tenant SaaS environments, including roles and permissions.
• Optimize growth-focused moments such as onboarding, activation, paywalls, and upgrade paths.
• Partner with Marketing to design in-app messaging and lifecycle touchpoints.
• Develop and evolve a shared design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Leverage user data, analytics, and research to iterate on design solutions and support A/B testing.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 3–5 years of experience in digital product design (SaaS, web, or mobile products).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, interaction design, and measurable product impact.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working within established design systems.
• Ability to design for complex systems, including multi-user or multi-account environments.
• Experience with product-led growth principles and experimentation frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for small businesses, service professionals, payments, or subscriptions.
• Familiarity with usability testing tools and modern AI-assisted workflows.
