What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement cost-effective testing methods for new integrated circuits.
• Utilize Automatic Test Equipment (Teradyne/Advantest) to perform characterization and production testing.
• Debug failing devices to identify root causes and improve manufacturing profitability.
• Prepare qualification and diagnostic programs, test fixtures, and technical specifications.
• Analyze test data to define processing requirements and refine manufacturing techniques.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers to solve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Recent Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong interest in investigating complex, uncertain technical problems.
• Proficiency in programming and creative problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Austin, Texas.
