- Design, develop, and implement cost-effective testing methods for new integrated circuits.
- Utilize Automatic Test Equipment (Teradyne/Advantest) to perform characterization and production testing.
- Debug failing devices to identify root causes and improve manufacturing profitability.
- Prepare qualification and diagnostic programs, test fixtures, and technical specifications.
- Analyze test data to define processing requirements and refine manufacturing techniques.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers to solve complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- Recent Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong interest in investigating complex, uncertain technical problems.
- Proficiency in programming and creative problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Austin, Texas.
