E-Commerce Key Account Manager (Amazon): Drive hirify.global’s Amazon promotional strategy and manage external relationships across Amazon Vendor Services to grow sales and market share with an accent on cross-functional execution, assortment/pricing/promotion strategy, and performance analytics. Focus on building and optimizing daily performance and projections, running business reviews, and partnering with demand planning and supply chain to improve forecasting, inventory flow, and order fulfillment.

What you will do

  • Own execution of the “Amazon Obsessed with Winning” model by optimizing daily performance and projections.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Amazon Vendor Services and other Pure Player Vendor Managers to grow sales and market share.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with media, content, brand, and operations to deliver account plans, forecast attainment, and strong customer experiences.
  • Run regular business reviews to analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop tailored expansion strategies.
  • Develop and execute advanced assortment, pricing, and promotion strategy; negotiate terms to optimize revenue.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, generate reports, and partner with demand planning and supply chain to optimize inventory and fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in strategic sales, promotional management, or ecommerce commercial account management.
  • Proven ability to develop ecommerce 4P strategies and manage a complex assortment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Amazon Vendor/Seller Management and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across functions.

Salary: $85,300 - $135,300 CAD (annual)
