What you will do
- Own the strategy and execution of the global partner program, including tier design, incentives, and qualification criteria.
- Manage the partner tech stack, including Impartner and Salesforce, ensuring reliable data flows and system integrity.
- Build executive-facing dashboards to track partner pipeline contribution, program ROI, and operational health.
- Lead partner program integration for acquisitions, harmonizing tiers and reconciling tool environments.
- Manage and evolve the partner portal as the primary destination for partner resources and deal management.
- Lead a team of operations specialists and drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of channel program, partner operations, or indirect sales operations experience in B2B software or SaaS.
- Demonstrated experience owning partner program design, including tiers, benefits, and deal registration.
- Hands-on experience with partner technology platforms such as Impartner, Salesforce PRM, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical capability with experience presenting insights to executive audiences.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional programs and managing teams.
