What you will do

• Ensure trading regulatory requirements remain accurate and aligned with evolving gaming regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Partner with the Trading Operations Team to communicate regulatory updates impacting emerging wagering markets.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on trading compliance, providing guidance and support to business stakeholders.
• Design and improve processes for tracking regulatory requirements, internal controls, and trading system configurations.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with gaming regulators to secure approvals for new sports wagering offerings.
• Collaborate with the Legal Team to support jurisdiction launches and regulatory submissions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or a regulatory-focused role.
• Experience reviewing legal, regulatory, or compliance documentation and partnering with regulatory stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the gaming industry, sports wagering, or experience working within a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills to evaluate complex regulatory requirements.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
