What you will do

• Implement and maintain endpoint standards for Windows, macOS, mobile, and BYOD environments.
• Configure and manage endpoint platforms such as JumpCloud, Intune, Jamf, or Kandji.
• Engineer and improve zero-touch device provisioning and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with Information Security to enforce encryption, patching, and compliance controls.
• Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate audit evidence collection for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and SOX compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, device management, or systems administration.
• Strong hands-on experience managing both Windows and macOS devices.
• Proficiency with endpoint-management platforms like JumpCloud, Intune, Jamf, or Kandji.
• Experience with EDR, antivirus, and endpoint-security tooling.
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Must be based in the US to fulfill role requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Windows Autopilot or Apple Automated Device Enrolment.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or Cyber Essentials Plus requirements.
• Experience in a fast-growing, international organization.
• Exposure to BYOD and mobile-device-management strategies.
