What you will do

  • Process emergency service requests via email and Salesforce.
  • Manage SAP notifications, service orders, and outbound iDocs.
  • Handle debit memo requests and resolve customer invoicing errors.
  • Maintain and update customer and equipment master data in SAP.
  • Process third-party purchase orders and manage related invoicing.
  • Onboard new technicians and third-party partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
