What you will do
- Process emergency service requests via email and Salesforce.
- Manage SAP notifications, service orders, and outbound iDocs.
- Handle debit memo requests and resolve customer invoicing errors.
- Maintain and update customer and equipment master data in SAP.
- Process third-party purchase orders and manage related invoicing.
- Onboard new technicians and third-party partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
