What you will do

• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and log file analysis to resolve complex technical issues.
• Act as a primary technical focal point for IT professionals using hirify.global solutions.
• Take full ownership of support cases from initial report through to final resolution.
• Investigate issues across 3rd party components including Microsoft and VMware environments.
• Educate customers on product configuration and best practices to prevent future issues.
• Document all interactions accurately within the CRM system to maintain SLA standards.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Must be permanently located in Romania
• Advanced administrative knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 and Windows 10/11.
• Practical experience with TCP/IP networking, firewalls, NAT, DHCP, and DNS.
• Strong ability to learn, understand, and explain complex technical information.
• Proven ability to take ownership of client issues and manage time effectively.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of UNIX or Linux operating systems.
• Experience with VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Administration experience with Microsoft Exchange Server.
• Familiarity with database engines such as SQL or Oracle.
