TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Poland or Romania

Salary: PLN 6,900 – PLN 7,300 gross monthly (Poland)

What you will do

  • Handle incoming formal complaints within regulatory deadlines.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues while implementing process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Service, Product, and Quality Assurance.
  • Maintain accurate records and archives of complaint data.
  • Ensure all processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to a culture of fair customer treatment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 18+ months of customer service experience.
  • Fluency in English (C1+).
  • Fluency in Japanese (C1+).
  • Strong analytical, numeracy, and IT skills.
  • Independent problem-solving approach and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Investigative experience.
  • Background in retail customer service or insurance.
