Salary: PLN 6,900 – PLN 7,300 gross monthly (Poland)

What you will do
- Handle incoming formal complaints within regulatory deadlines.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues while implementing process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Service, Product, and Quality Assurance.
- Maintain accurate records and archives of complaint data.
- Ensure all processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to a culture of fair customer treatment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 18+ months of customer service experience.
- Fluency in English (C1+).
- Fluency in Japanese (C1+).
- Strong analytical, numeracy, and IT skills.
- Independent problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Investigative experience.
- Background in retail customer service or insurance.
