What you will do
- Handle incoming formal complaints within regulatory deadlines.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues.
- Improve internal procedures and maintain accurate data archives.
- Collaborate with Product and Quality Assurance teams for effective resolution.
- Ensure complaint-handling processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
- Take ownership of problems and policies from end to end.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 18+ months of customer service experience.
- Fluency in English (C1+ level).
- Fluency in Lithuanian (C1+ level).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and IT skills.
- Independent problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
